At Evolutionary Measures, we pride ourselves in our ability to make learning fun and memorable! In addition to the lecture portion of our Lean Six Sigma training, we provide engaging simulations and exercises to excite participants and help with learning the fundamentals and tools applicable within the phases below as they apply to their daily functions to improve operational effectiveness and overall efficiency.
Yellow Belt Training
The Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Yellow Belt course serves to provide participants with the knowledge and tools to perform the role of a LSS Yellow Belt. The LSS Yellow Belt training materials are comprehensive and include the phases of the LSS body of knowledge covering the background and history of LSS as well as the Define, Measure and Control phases of the DMAIC process. This course is ideal for those who wish to understand the basics of LSS as well as gain useful statistical and business tools associated with the Define, Measure and Control phases of the DMAIC process.
Training frequency and duration varies based on client need. The Yellow Belt training is 40 hours.
Green Belt Training
The Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt course serves to provide participants with the knowledge and tools to perform the role of a LSS Green Belt. The LSS Green Belt training materials are comprehensive and cover the phases of the LSS body of knowledge covering the background and history of LSS as well as all phases, Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control, of the DMAIC process. This course is ideal for those who wish gain a greater understanding of all phases of LSS as well as gain useful statistical and business tools associated with all phases of the DMAIC process.
Training frequency and duration varies based on client need. The Green Belt training is 80 hours.
Black Belt Training
The Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt course serves to provide participants with the knowledge and tools to perform the role of a LSS Black Belt. The LSS Black Belt training materials are comprehensive and cover the phases of the LSS body of knowledge covering the background and history of LSS as well as all phases, Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control, of the DMAIC process. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt expands on the concepts learned in Green Belt training with a deeper dive into the design side of Lean Six Sigma initiatives and focuses on the role of a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt – mentoring Green Belts, leading Black Belt projects, & driving Continuous Improvement within your organization. This course is ideal for trained Lean Six Sigma Green Belts interested in the transition from Project Leader to Continuous Improvement Driver.
Training varies based on successful completion of LSSGB Certification or LSSGB training. Course frequency and duration varies based on client need and based on successful completion of LSSGB Certification or LSSGB training or if taking the LSSBB training as a stand-alone course.
